We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In perfect condition
- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong product
We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return.
All return requests must be approved before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Return Address
The return address will be provided via email after your return has been approved.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within up to 7 business days.
Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us via email. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Water Resistance (5 ATM Notice)
Our watches are rated 5 ATM water resistant, suitable for daily activities such as handwashing and exposure to rain.
However, they are not suitable for swimming, diving, sauna, or hot water exposure.
Water damage caused by improper use is not covered. Water resistance is only guaranteed in cases of manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase.
Additional Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse any return that:
- Has not been previously approved
- Shows signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer
- Appears to involve fraudulent activity or abuse of the return policy
Unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed.
